How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Bookings are received 2 weeks in advance normally,  however we will do our best to accommodate your booking in a short notice.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes you can, we also offer exclusive food tie up options.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 20% deposit is required to book a party, this deposit will be deducted from the total cost of party.

When do I pay the balance?

Balance due is to be paid on the day of the party, before it starts.

Do I get a refund if I cancel party?

At least 5 working days' notice must be given for a full refund. The deposit balance would be transferred to Timezone Powercard. Cancellation within 5 days of the party no refund will be given.

What if not all guests I booked the party for show up, do I do the full payment?

No, you just pay for the total number of guests provided it is more than 15 which is the minimum required for a party.

How early should I arrive for my party?

It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes before the schedule time in order not to affect any other parties schedules.

What happens if guests arrived once the party has already started?

Guests arriving after party started will still be able to join but will be entitled to play the remaining of the party only.

Does Timezone provides supervision of children?

Our staff will take reasonable care but will not accept responsibility for the supervision or wellbeing of a child.

Does Timezone do better deals for larger groups?

Yes, for groups or 30 or more people please contact your local Timezone.
